My company name is taken in sign up process?

During the account sign up process, you will be required to enter a 'Company' name. This field allows enterprise clients to manage a single account with an option to add multiple 'projects' with its specified users.

If your Company name is already taken, an error message will be displayed. Please pick an option below to proceed:

  1. If known, contact your administrator who set up the Sensorberg IoT Platform to add you as a user
  2. Contact our support team for assistance
  3. Pick a different company name placeholder or enter your name if registering as a non-business account

 For all other inquiries, you may send us a ticket with the issue and we will investigate further.
