What is the role of the Android SDK bootstrapper?

The bootstrapper is an open-source interlayer facilitating the integration of the SDK. Theoretically, you do not need it, and can communicate directly with the SDK.

For important modifications of the SDK’s API, the API of the Bootstrapper “tries” to maintain compatibility. The integration of the SDK should thus be more flexible. All our samples use the bootstrapper.
